Deep Work is a state of peak concentration that lets you learn hard things and create quality work quickly. When you concentrate deeply, your brain cements learning pathways and strengthens the connections between neurons so they can fire faster. Deep work brings satisfaction and meaning to your daily tasks.
Flow is an optimal state where we feel and perform our best. More specifically, this term refers to these moments of total absorption, when an individual becomes so focused on what they’re doing that everything else just disappears, and all aspects of performance are significantly amplified.
