WHAT IS FLOW state?
An optimal state of consciousness where individuals feel and perform at their best, is crucial for enhancing both personal and team performance in the workplace. A 10-year study found that top executives were five times more productive when in flow. Researchers concluded that even a modest 15-20% increase in time spent in flow could nearly double overall workplace productivity.

flow, fueled by a powerful cocktail of neurochemicals, unlocks one of the most gratifying, meaningful, and productive states of consciousness—where intrinsic motivation thrives, and every moment becomes deeply fulfilling and purposeful.
